"Tom Silverman couldn’t of been more of a help to me. I came home from iraq on leave for only a few weeks then had to go back. I was in colorado springs visiting my girlfriend at UCCS. I was given an MIP after someone called the cops saying we were to loud. I was completely cooperative with the officers telling them I have had a few beers but yet they still gave me an MIP after i blew an .o14. So pretty much nothing. “I was arrested for my 3rd DUI by the Rifle Police Department in October of 2010. I went to Silverman Law Offices because I heard that they were the best at fighting DUI’s. I had an initial consultation with Joe Kirwan. I immediately hired him after meeting with him.
Joe won my DMV hearing hands down. He discovered that the officer had performed the breathalyzer test incorrectly. Not only that, but he discovered that the officer was only in patrol for “the heat is on.” Normally, he is a detective so was not very familiar with the regulations of how to properly execute a DUI stop. All of this came about by Joe asking the right questions throughout the hearing. When you have an officer admitting his own faults and not emphasizing yours, you know you’re on to something good. Because of the faults of the officer’s, the DMV hearing officer threw out the DMV case and I was able to keep my license.
